K/C/O DM, I & D was done outside 1 week before  patient came to narayana diabetic foot clinic with persisting infection and sepsis, ABI-0.6, debridement was done but wound turned ischemic,Vascular evaluation revealed non plastiable/non bypassable, then Dr.P.N.Someshwara Rao,(foot doctor/podiatrist) tried VAC therapy and could salvage the leg.

POVD salvage

K/C/O DM with 1st and 2nd toe wet gangrene, ABI-O.6, and doppler revealed infrapopliteal disease , patient was not affordable for revascularisation. Conservative management was tried by Dr.P.N.Someshwara Rao,(foot doctor/podiatrist) at narayana diabetic foot care clinic and the foot salvaged with auto amputation of 2nd toe.
